Cooking Thynge III and Brewing Also

Saturday, February 17th, 2007

Come one, come all, to a day of all things edible and potable! Take, or teach, classes in the culinary and brewing arts. Spend time with friends in the large gathering room. Visit the merchants. At the end of the day, partake of a teaching feast, serving food and facts in a delicious combination.

Dayboard will be the A&S display. Do you simmer a special soup? Bake a bountiful bread? Create a creamy cheese? Put it on our dayboard and expect comments. A copy of the recipe or ingredients would be appreciated. More thorough documentation is encouraged, but is not required, and will be placed on a nearby table to reduce staining.

The site is handicapped accessible, discretely wet, and only a short drive from I-95. There are many hotels within a 5 - 15 minute drive. Click here for hotels

If you have a class you would like to teach, please contact Master Hogge at ctclasses@caer-adamant.org Classes on all aspects of food and beverage are welcomed from cookbooks and redactions to hands-on brewing, carving, or vegetable preparation. If you can eat it or drink it, consider teaching about it!  Click HERE for a list of scheduled classes

Due to the capricious nature of February weather, please check the event website before leaving home. Cancellations or changes due to weather will be posted there.
