   Pennsic staff has assigned another group into our block . The importance for planing the lay out of the camp has increased.  Some have sent me their tent and shade pavilion sizes , only one has sent arrival time.. Please send to me your tent sizes and rope needs and when you plan to arrive and depart from Pennsic. Since we will have to split up the area we may not get our first choice for tent site. We will do our best to situate people where they have been in the past if requested. Time is short and I need to put together the information for Hedewigis .

  Greetings everyone,
  Land grab has passed and all is well. Hedewigis says our new neighbors are very nice. There is room for everyone but it will take close coordination. Everyone needs to check with Hedewigis or Art before setting up their tent. This is an adjustment from previous years but it will work. Hedewigis and Art cannot be expected to sit in camp all day. So it would be very helpful for all if we had your estimated time of arrival. I will relay all response to Hedewigis on Thursday evening(7/30).
