The August Business Meeting will be held Thursday 20 August, 7:00 p.m. at
the
Corbit-Calloway Library in Odessa.

All are welcome. Membership in the SCA is not required. This is a non-garbed
activity. Please let me know by Tuesday night if you would like something
added
to the agenda.

A reminder that Letters of Intent for the positions of Exchequer and Web
Minister will be accepted at the beginning of the business meeting. Please
see
the By-Laws for specific requirements. Note that I will not have access to
e-mail after mid-day on Thursday so if you are sending your letter and
supporting documents via e-mail I need to have them sooner rather than
later.

  Greetings one and all,
  This Saturday, starting at 9:30 am, we will be working on site preperation , set up of archery target frames and clean up of the kitchen / barn. If you know you are coming to help , please post me a note so I can plan things out or just show up. I will be here but probable not near the phone. If weather is bad I will post a delay to Sunday. 

  On Thursday the 3rd, starting at 5:00 pm we will be setting up all the pavilions.

The more help we get early, the better things come together at the event.
