I hope to see everyone on Tuesday the 12th at 7:00pm. If you have never been to one of are practices this would be a fine time to try it out. We practice at the Friends Meeting House located at 125 West Sickle Street in Kennett Square. The entrance to the parking lot and basement where we will be dancing is off of Rt 82 on the left, right after West Sickle Street. It is a large stone building. It is a laid back practice with the focus on typical SCA dances. Some 18th century dances are added the last half hour. It's an enjoyable evening worth the trip. Practices are held on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. Any questions, please contact me at Ogealagain at juno.com or (302)378-7444 ( by phone on dance days). ____________________________________________________________ Nutrition Improve your career health. This morning Emma asked me if I had an anvil. When I asked why she needed one she told me her band teacher needs one for music they are doing this season. I don't know if he wants to own one or if borrowing one will be enough, though the loan would last until May, when they have their concerts. If anyone has a spare or knows where I can get my hands on one I would appreciate the information. Many thanks for any possible leads, Yours, Sarra the Lymner Sarah Dressler _www.toadstoolsntreestump.etsy.com_ (http://www.toadstoolsntreestump.etsy.com/) Where the magic begins -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... It would be very helpful if you could send me an email with: any projects you have worked on, any classes/workshops you have attended/taught/hosted, any research you have done, or any other A&S related activities you have participated in this year. The business meeting will take place per our "normal" schedule: Tuesday 19 January 2010 in Dover. Not "normal," however, is our location. The library is booked, but we have secured a room in The LEX (The Loockerman Exchange) a bit over a block down the street from the library (thank you Marietta for the contact!). We will still begin at 7:00. The address is 1 West Loockerman Street, Dover, at that street's intersection with South State Street. This meeting is the final call for Letters of Intent for the offices of Seneschal, Chatelaine, Minister of Arts and Sciences, and Captain of Archers. Please see the By-Laws for specific requirements. If you have sent the letter and supporting documents via e-mail and have not received an e-mail in response, please resend. I have suffered with some computer issues (and now have an external hard-drive for back-up) and might have missed it. I may also be reached via telephone -- the number is on the Shire website.
