Documentation classes will be held before the tavern event. *Herald*: (Alexi reporting for Shoshonna) Trying to update everyone?s status in the SCA ? OoP and whatnot. Email was sent out to the list. **Send a copy of the old membership list to Shoshana** *Knight Marshal*: (Mark reporting) Practices have been continuing; Vasco is working on finding us the Smyrna site again. We will also look into the site in North Wilmington. We are trying to install permanent pells at Glasgow. *Captain of Archers*: (Padraig reporting) Archery is on hiatus until spring. *Chatelaine*: (Magdalena reporting) Nothing new on the welcome wagon front. Goldkey can always be improved. We want simple, easy-to-fit stuff. We could use some mid-calf length t-tunic style outfits. Floor space is available for a sewing day. **Embroidery machine ? Ask Krey about dayboard. *Election reminder: * elections are coming up for the positions of Exchequer, Knight Marshal, Herald, Chronicler, and MoAS. Our standard process is to send in a letter of intent to the Seneschal (Hedewigis) before the start of the next business meeting ? January 19th. All details are on the website. Candidates will be announced, a ballot will be created, and elections will be held in February. Candidates will have the opportunity to submit a post to the Populace regarding their position/plans/reason for running. *Events: *Macleod?s Tavern ? 12 March ? food and brewing-centered event held in Newark; day event. *New Region Update: *Western Region is on hold at the moment; no formal split is happening at this point, but all southern region officers are being asked to have deputies. *Demos*: None *New Business*: New version of the Known World Handbook is out; check it out.
