Submitting his letter of intent for another office and will be stepping down as Exchequer, therefore the position of Exchequer is now open for the February election. * * **Herald* (Shoshana) -- Nothing new to report. * * **Knight Marshal* (Mark) -- People keep hitting me with sticks. Having 4 - 9 people for practice. Being closer to highway, when not smelling of deer, and when visited by Santa Claus, has been good for business. * * **Minister of Arts & Sciences* (Margaret) -- Nothing new to report other than A&S Night. Youth archery bracers are being given to Padraig. Mairi is starting a monthly Stitch 'n Chat beginning 14 December. * * **Seneschal *(Hedewigis) -- Nothing new to report.** * * *Old Business*** **Website:* Adolphus's housemate provided some links. A friend of Shoshona will be sending a bid. Kael spoke with Enoch MacBain, former Caer Adamant Web Minister, who indicates a willingness to take over the position again. Looking for volunteers to hash out the plans/desires for a website. * * **By-Laws Revision --* Committee will meet via weblist. Suggested modifications will be presented at a future meeting. * * **Business Cards* -- Revisions given to Arthur Alyn. **Shire Device Embroidery Card* -- Shoshana is awaiting a call back from the source. * *Elections -- *The offices of Seneschal, Chatelain, Minister of Arts & Sciences, Captain of Archers, and now, Exchequer and Chronicler, are coming up for election in February 2012. Please consider contacting the current office-holder if you have any interest in a position, and be sure to send in a letter of intent to Padraig before the start of the January meeting. * * **Everyday Thynge: The Laird's Kitchen. *(Margaret and Shoshana): Not much news. Is on the EK Calendar for 3 March 2012 at the UUFN in Newark. One merchant already planned. In discussion with the feast head. Menu will be available next weekend. Putting requests out on various lists. Margaret will forward email to Kael for sending to the EK Cooks List. * * **Heavy Weapons Championship:* Took place on 23 October. We had 7 fighters.
